Our #1 goal is to go beyond the typical shoe store analysis. We give you exercises to correct your gate (because shoes won't do that!) in a follow up. 

Many of our athletes re-test after a few months to see their progress!

When is a gait analysis a good idea?

  • If you're injured or have a nagging injury, doing a gait analysis can help get to the root cause
  • If you've hit a plateau in your speed, and want to know what you can do to break through
  • You've only ever gotten a gait analysis at a running store, and you want prescriptive guidance on how to change your body, not just your shoes
  • You have goals to run more mileage or longer races and want to set yourself up for the upcoming training

Here's what to expect!

  1. We'll send you an email and you can fill out a brief questionnaire on your running history.
  2. Sign up for a time slot on Kyle's calendar. That can be as soon as tomorrow, or a few days from now. 
  3. Film yourself or have a friend film your with your phone. This can be done outside or on a treadmill. (We'll send you directions)
  4. Spend a half hour with Kyle over Skype or Facetime (all you need is a computer or smart phone.
  5. Kyle will do an assessment and take into account your goals and training.
  6. After your call we'll send you a list of exercises and recommendations along with specific videos.
  7. Repeat the process in the next few months (if you choose) to see the change!

Getting healthy is (and should be) your #1 priority when you're injured.  

So many times, it's hard to get the 1:1 help you need.  We're really happy to give you another resource and work with such a super-star like Kyle.

Dr. Bowling did an excellent job of taking the time to properly assess my injury and treat correctly. He took the time to explain to me why i was having pain in my hamstring and calves, and the proper treatment/stretching routine to help prevent further injury. The dry needling was excellent, the back adjustment was great, and the follow up with the proper stretches is going to really help!

Kyle is the most knowledgeable, kind and professional Chiropractor. He is strictly there to help you and does not pressure you into package treatments, supplements or the unnecessary x-rays that so many do. He has helped me immensely. I would not go anywhere else!
