A. What if I don’t have 8-weeks to train?
That’s ok! Our expert coaches will choose the perfect place for you to begin in our programs based on your current fitness levels and your run goals.
B. How will I get help from coaches?
Our coaches are here to help you on every step of your journey! First you’ll receive daily video messages from your coach in each program - telling you what to focus on for success & how to modify the workout if you’re busy, too tired, or injured. Second you can message coaches directly in our exclusive community. Third you get priority status to ask questions on our weekly coaching live show.
C. What does the schedule look like?
-Each week contains 3-6 training runs based on your experience and goals. All levels will do workouts to make you a better runner: run technique, speed work, hill work, race pace, long runs and fun runs.
-You’ll also keep injuries at bay and run your strongest with 2 weekly body weight strength sessions that can be done anywhere with virtually no equipment. You’ll also have the option to join our gym-based program too!
-Stay healthy & continually improve with our weekly recovery sessions - daily mobility reminders and 24/7 access to the Injury Prevention Series.
D. What equipment do I need?
All you need is yourself, a pair of run shoes, and the ability to track your time with a watch or phone. Additional items to enhance your training include a lacrosse ball, foam roller, exercise mat, and band. That’s it!
